Phase 2: Reintroduction (Rebalance Stage)

This phase involves the careful reintroduction of eliminated foods to identify potential triggers.

Method

  2. Reintroduce: Eat the food once or twice on the first day.
  3. Observe: Monitor for any symptoms or reactions for 3-7 days.
  4. Record: Keep a journal of reactions.
  5. Repeat: If no reaction occurs, choose another food to reintroduce.

Phase 3: Maintenance

This phase involves continuing with a personalized diet, avoiding identified triggers, and focusing on nutrient-dense, whole foods.
